Road Trip Terms & Conditions

• The Promoter of all DTD Road Trip Events is DTD
• Prizes do not include travel expenses or hotel costs, unless otherwise stated in the promotion details
• All winning seats are non-refundable and cannot be moved to alternative Road Trip events
• A winner is permitted to sell their seat on, or give their seat away, with advanced permission from DTD. This must be confirmed by Alex at DTD (alex@dtdgaming.com) at least 3 working days before the event
• Anyone acquiring a seat either directly or indirectly, must abide by these terms and conditions
• All winners must be accepted for membership by the venue where the event in question is being held. In the event of a player being ineligible or refused membership of the venue, DTD reserves the right to choose a replacement event at their total discretion, whereby the same terms and conditions will apply. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure their membership is active. If, on the first day of the event (Day 1A), DTD is made aware that a player does not hold a valid membership for the venue, no alternative event, or monetary alternative will be offered
• In the event of a tournament cancellation, DTD at their discretion will decide which alternative event will be offered for its players
• DTD reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this or part of this offer / promotion at any time
• For online satellites, DTD cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the DTD Online Poker service
• If during a satellite on DTD Online Poker, the game is disrupted by system or network issues, DTD Online Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit but will make best attempts to do this in the fairest manner possible
• DTD reserves the right to amend the Tournament and Qualifiers rules at any time
• For online tournaments, DTD Online Poker Tournament rules will apply
• For live tournaments, Dusk Till Dawn standard club rules apply
• By participating in the tournament, all DTD Road Trip seat holders, either through direct or indirect acquisition, agree that DTD will have the right to publicise news, updates and photographs related to the player and the event. (It will also be compulsory to wear any branded clothing that DTD provides, which will be agreed upon in advance and up to the day of the event)
